On the 20th of April, Nile.Com held a joint business event with Nexthink team to show how IT Analytics can improve the quality and security compliance of all work environments in real-time for all end-users.
The event opening and welcome speech was conducted by Reem Mobasher, Nile.Com, who introduced how IT Operations Analytics is booming and how it affects the decision making process in the IT projects, enhances the reliability and speed up the IT operations, she also talked about End-user Analytics and how it’s a crucial part of IT investments nowadays.
Nexthink solution introduction was then presented by Maged Eid, Nexthink, covering how Nexthink is leading in End-user Analytics and how it can monitor all IT usage and performance in real-time, and thus changing how you view your IT services consumption.
This was followed by a demo session held by Mohamed Enab, Nexthink, covering Nexthink End-user Analytics for mainly 2 areas; Security and how Nexthink can detect non-compliant behavior or unusual activity in your environment and enhance existing security measures, also ITSM and how Nexthink can improve incident, change and capacity management in the IT environment, and also how it can successfully manage IT transformation projects and thus achieving major cost savings.
Finally Mr. Karim Moharram, I.T. Head, SAIB, shared with the audience SAIB’s experience with Nexthink and how it helped them achieve operation excellence and address the weakest link in security; the End-users.
