Job Brief:

Create and maintain a strong online presence for Nile.com. Implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts and manage/update our customer base.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer the company’s marketing media.
  • Develop brand awareness and online reputation.
  • Generate inbound traffic.
  • Generate leads.
  • Administrate the creating and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
  • Create a regular publishing and campaigns.
  • Brand Development.
  • Manage and update customer base.
  • Identify target customers.
  • Set clear objectives.
  • Visual Design and Web Development Strategy.
  • Solid Content Strategy.
  • Promotion Strategy.
  • Engagement Strategy.
  • Conversion Strategy.
  • Measure & Analyze to Establish ROI.
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Manage and publish all contents.
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users.
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Closely collaborate with sales & presales team members for the best applicable provision of marketing activities.
  • Handle the proper channeling of client problems, calls for answers to general inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain long term relationships with account portfolio via phone calls, emails, & promotions.
  • Disclose potential leads related activities to Sales Team Members.
  • Prepare and submits daily activities.
  • Maintain and works on growing customers’ database.
  • Assists on a periodical customers’ satisfaction surveys.
  • Contribute in promoting and enhancing company culture.
  • Contribute in promoting and enhancing a positively healthy work environment.
  • Perform any additional duty as required and assigned by direct supervisor.

Experience & Educational background :

Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, or related field is an asset.

·         Prior experience within industry is a plus (One to two years of related work experience)

·         Prior PC knowledge/command of Windows based applications

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
