Objective / Purpose of the Department:
Deliver a quality consulting, deployment, implementation and support services.
Job Objectives:
• Deliver enterprise productivity projects and high quality deliverables.
• Provide second level of support for the implemented solutions.
Functional Relationships:
• PMO.
• Support Mgr.
• Presales Dept.
• Security Dept.
• Customers.
Main and Operational Responsibilities:
• Contribute in achieving the team objectives and goals
• Deploy, configure, manage and monitor productivity solutions
• Deliver enterprise projects and deliverables
• Design, size, scope solutions projects.
• Develop WBS for projects and provide man power estimate to deliver.
• Implement complex Infrastructure and productivity solutions at customer sites.
• Provide second level of support for the implemented solutions.
• Provide second level of support to the Junior and associates team members.
• Present solutions/products to customers.
• Develop project documentations.
• Report all assignments and activities to his/her direct supervisor.
• Develop his own technical capabilities according to the company product portfolio

Tools & Skills needed for the job:
• Vendor Certification – MCSE messaging, Office 365 and communication is a must
• Network Certifications – CCNA is a plus
Essential Educational Background & Experience:
• BSc. Degree (IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
• 4:6 years’ experience managing, deploying, configuring Microsoft Productivity (Exchange, Office 365, S4B, SharePoint, Voice gateways , audio/video equipment) and Infrastructure services
• Very good in English language; oral and written
• Good understanding of OS platforms
