Job Brief:
- Manage Enterprise projects from design, pilot, deployment to production.
- Balance project workload across resources.
- Efficiently identifying and solving projects and services issues.
- Defining resources and schedules for projects/programs implementation.
- Creating strategies for risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
- Planning and scheduling projects deliverables, goals, and milestones.
- Directing and overseeing project team and managing conflicts within group.
- Consults and reviews with management project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
- Initiate the Projects, plan all the activities.
- Define projects scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
- Identify and manage projects dependencies and critical paths.
- Proactively manage changes in projects scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Prepare, analyze and communicate project status reports & issues.
- Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.
- Defines resources and schedule for project delivery.
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
- Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
- Directs and oversees project team and manages conflicts within group.
- Performs team assessments and evaluations.
- Efficiently identifies and solves project and services issues.
- Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk.
- Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) for outsourced services.
- Designs and maintain technical and project documentation & deliverables.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales target.
- Closely collaborates with sales team & pre-sales team members for the best applicable provision of sales activities.
- Performs sales operation activities, including gathering offers, preparing offers, preparing sales orders, following up on all related activities until delivery/service completion, and logging operations/activities records and outcomes.
- Perform sales activities, including following up offers, price negotiation and closing.
- Maintains long term relationships with account portfolio via meeting’s, phone calls, emails, promotions, and job quality follow-up.
- Maintain Direct Supervisor & Sales tool updates with Pipeline.
- Maintain Direct Supervisor & Sales tool updates with potential leads related activities.
- Performs operational duties, in collaboration with sales administration/logistics team.
- Maintains and works on growing customers’ database.
- Ensures proper gross profit levels are achieved, through instructions execution.
- Assists on a limited scope in periodical customers’ satisfaction surveys.
- Assists on a limited scope in periodical market intelligence activities.
- Follows up with Customers to ensure timely payments against invoices.
- Involves with the customers and PMO to solve any related issues whenever required.
- Contributes in promoting and enhancing company culture.
- Contributes in promoting and enhancing a positively healthy work environment.
- Performs any additional duty as required and assigned by direct supervisor.
Essential Requirements
Experience
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
- Professional in Microsoft Project client and server
- Microsoft Applications – Office Applications
- Advanced knowledge in information technology
Educational background:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years of project management or IT Management.
- Solid understating of the PMB and Basic understanding of the IT landscape.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating and/supporting IT projects.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
